Dancer performs in empty Dallas streets due to Coronavirus

A local dancer turned the now empty Klyde Warren Park and many other well known Dallas sites into his stage.

Not a person in sight as dancer Cole Vernon performs the choreography pieced by artistic director Joy Bollinger to the song ‘Imagine’. The meaning and visuals behind the video puts the Coronavirus epidemic into a new perspective.

Besides Klyde Warren Park, the other outdoor locations include the Bruce Wood Dance studios in the Design District, McKinney Avenue in Uptown, Turtle Creek, West Village, the AT&T Performing Arts Center and NorthPark Mall. The video has now reached over 8,000 views.
